Yancey Brothers is the oldest and largest Caterpillar dealer in the southeast. They sell and lease so much heavy equipment, they needed to hire more mechanics for their service department.
Just one problem: good mechanics are hard to find.
We developed recruitment video messaging for their three most likely sources of candidates—ex-military, high school graduates, and seasoned professionals.
OTT media was used to specifically target and serve up the right message to each group.
